    Join us for free movie showings in the 3rd Floor Gainey Room. Movies at the Library selections will be shown at 2:00 p.m. the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of every month (no 4th Thursday showings in November or December). All programs at OPL are free of charge. Films shown at the library become part of our DVD collection. Movie end times vary.

    A week-long winter celebration with events and activities that are designed to highlight the Minnesota psyche of “cold noses and warm hearts!” The festival features two busy weekends sandwiched around a week full of activities for young and young-at-heart participants, including a medallion hunt, a candlelight cross country ski, hockey tournament, snow sculpture contest, Crazy Days shopping event and much, much more! Festival buttons will be available for purchase, a percentage of the funds raised will go towards replacing the holiday lights in Central Park.

    This is an open play program for parents and young children to play together in a warm and dry space over the winter months. During this time, West Hills Tennis and Fitness Center will have the gym reserved for parents and children 6 and under. There will be shortened basketball hoops, balls, a parachute, and other open play items.
