The City Council has designated a section of Havana Road for reconstruction and bituminous rehabilitation to be completed under the 2023 Havana Road State Aid Project. The street proposed for bituminous reconstruction has deteriorating bituminous pavements and is past being overlayed.

- Pavement, subgrade, sidewalk and South curb & gutter replacement. New storm sewer, watermain and appropriate services

Wencl Construction of Owatonna was awarded the contract for $1,043,136. As of June 7, a start date has not been set.
