We’re celebrating Earth Day all week, April 20-24! Participate in any of our Earth Day activities for a chance to win a scooter. Email your participation photo to: Jessica.Abrahams@ci.owatonna.mn.us or post it on our Facebook page. The Earth Day activities include:
- Self-guided Park Clean Up - clean up an Owatonna park during the week. We’ll have garbage bags, gloves and instructions at: Morehouse on Monday, Brown and Jaycee on Tuesday, Manthey on Wednesday, Fairgrounds and Dartts on Thursday and Mineral Springs on Friday.
- Earth Day Craft - watch our Facebook page for a video tutorial
- Chalk Art - create an Earth Day-inspired chalk art
- Earth Day Joke Hotline - call our Joke Hotline at 507-774-7365 on Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22 to hear an Earth Day joke
