Currently looking to fill an open seat on the Charter Commission representing Ward 1. This is to fulfill a current term to expire December 31, 2023. To be eligible to apply for this appointment you must be an eligible voter, a resident of the City of Owatonna at least 30 days prior to appointment, and a resident of the First Council Ward. Applications will be accepted until November 30, 2021,
