A groundbreaking event will be held July 8 at 8:30 a.m. to kick off construction on Owatonna’s Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion. The public is invited to attend the event at 1110 Industrial Road in Owatonna. The expansion of the plant positions the community for future growth without further watershed degradation.
