City Council will hold a public hearing during the August 2, 2023 City Council Meeting for comments on proposed assessments for outstanding costs for sidewalk snow removal during the 2022-2023 winter. The City Council Meeting begins at 7:00 pm in the Gainey Room at the Owatonna Public Library located at 105 N Elm Avenue
