Business Opportunities
The Owatonna Degner Regional Airport is located on Interstate 35 less than a one hour drive south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. The airport is classified as a “key system airport” in the state of Minnesota with modern and upgraded facilities ideal for corporate aviation use as well as aviation businesses servicing the diverse needs of the general aviation industry.
Commercial Space
The airport currently has existing commercial or corporate use hangar and office space available as well as commercial use land lease lots available on airport property. A variety of economic development incentives may be available to qualified businesses.

Airport Engineering and Architectural Services RFQ
The City of Owatonna, MN is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Planning, Engineering and Architectural Services at the Owatonna Degner Regional Airport for the next five (5) years.
